Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documents typically required include:

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Janda4D does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. Standard withdrawal processing targets are as follows:

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by Janda4D are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. A wagering requirement of 10x on a bonus of RM100 means the Member must place total qualifying bets of RM1,000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
While bonus funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permissible stake per bet is RM250 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in a promotion's specific terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while utilising bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise in a promotion's terms:
All bonuses carry an expiry window during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the specified period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date — the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
A bet is only accepted and binding once the Platform has issued a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets pending due to technical issues, connectivity interruptions, or server errors at the time of placement are not considered accepted until a confirmation receipt is issued. Janda4D reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction or human error.
If a sporting event (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or any other covered league or event) is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion requirement is met, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Accounts. For live betting, voids apply only to unsettled markets at the time of cancellation.
Members who wish to dispute the settlement of a bet must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the result being published, by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Disputes submitted after this window may not be accepted. All disputes are reviewed by Janda4D's trading and compliance teams, whose findings are final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Janda4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposited funds where applicable), and potential legal action:

Janda4D reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Members may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after applicable processing checks, provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.
Upon Account termination — whether initiated by Janda4D or the Member — all bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances are returned to the Member's verified payment method subject to satisfactory completion of final AML and KYC checks.
All content on the Janda4D platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game graphics, audio, video, data compilations, software, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of Janda4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from Janda4D.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janda4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases where Janda4D is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Janda4D collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between Members and the Platform. By registering an Account, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Janda4D reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable. Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game categories) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the Janda4D Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept the revised Terms must immediately cease use of the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Janda4D holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a Member's use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 7.3 shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through courts of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.

Every Member is permitted one account only. Your registration details must match your verified identity documents. Multi-accounting results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances — no exceptions.
